Description
The Infernus INF-CB1500 is a large 5 burner gas charbroiler designed for busy restaurants, pubs, takeaways and other commercial kitchens that need plenty of grilling capacity.
At 60″ wide, it provides a substantial cooking area with five independently controlled burners, making it ideal for high-volume cooking of steaks, burgers, chicken, kebabs, fish, vegetables and other chargrilled foods.
The open cast iron cooking grates allow fats and juices to drain away while helping to produce the seared finish and grill marks associated with traditional chargrilling. Each burner can be controlled separately, giving you greater control over different areas of the cooking surface during service.
With a total Natural Gas output of 37.5kW, the INF-CB1500 has the power and cooking space needed for demanding commercial environments. Its stainless steel construction, ten removable cast iron grates and deep grease collectors also make everyday cleaning and maintenance more manageable.
Flame failure protection is fitted to the burner system, while piezo ignition provides straightforward operation.
The charbroiler is supplied for Natural Gas as standard and includes an LPG conversion kit, allowing it to be converted for an LPG installation by a suitably qualified commercial Gas Safe registered engineer.

Optional Accessories
Compatible Infernus charbroiler griddle plates and lava rock kits are available separately, allowing the cooking surface to be adapted for different requirements.
Please note: lava rock is not included with the lava rock kit and must be purchased separately.
Installation
This is a commercial gas appliance and must be installed and commissioned by a suitably qualified commercial Gas Safe registered engineer.
Adequate ventilation is required and the appliance must be installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
