Description

The Infernus VRX-1600 Refrigerated Topping Unit is the largest model in the range, providing increased chilled ingredient capacity for busy commercial food preparation areas.

With space for 7 × GN1/3 pans across its 1600mm width, it provides plenty of room for organising pizza toppings, sandwich fillings, salad ingredients and other chilled foods while keeping them conveniently accessible during service.

The unit uses static cooling with an operating temperature range of 0°C to +10°C and R290 refrigerant.
