Heavy-duty 900mm (90cm) commercial countertop flat-top gas griddle engineered for high-output steakhouses, busy burger joints, breakfast diners, and high-capacity event catering trailers. Built with an extraordinary 20mm thick solid machined steel cooking plate (900mm x 482mm) providing massive thermal mass and rapid heat recovery during peak service rushes. Powered by three high-output steel horseshoe/U-shaped burners delivering 22.5kW of total thermal energy across three completely independent heat zones. Features separate manual rotary burner controls, push-button piezo ignition, integrated thermocouple safety valves (FFD), an extra-deep 2-inch pull-out grease drawer, sturdy 4-inch adjustable leveling legs, and a 3/4″ NPT rear gas connection. Supplied pre-configured for Natural Gas (NG) with a complete bottled LPG (propane) conversion kit included in the box.
