The Infernus VRX-1400 Refrigerated Topping Unit provides generous chilled ingredient storage while keeping toppings and fresh ingredients conveniently accessible during food preparation.

With a 1400mm width and capacity for 4 × GN1/3 and 1 × GN1/2 pans, it’s well suited to busy kitchens handling a wider selection of pizza toppings, sandwich fillings, salad ingredients and other chilled foods.
