Description

The Infernus VRX-1200 Refrigerated Topping Unit provides convenient chilled ingredient storage directly at the food preparation area.

At 1200mm wide, it offers additional capacity over the compact VRX-1000 while remaining suitable for countertop installation. It’s ideal for keeping pizza toppings, sandwich fillings, salad ingredients and other chilled foods organised and easily accessible during service.

The unit uses static cooling with an operating temperature range of 0°C to +10°C and R290 refrigerant.
