The Infernus VRX-1000 Refrigerated Topping Unit provides convenient chilled ingredient storage directly at the food preparation area.
With a compact 1000mm width and glass surround, it is ideal for pizza toppings, sandwich ingredients, salads and other chilled foods that need to remain easily accessible during service.
The unit uses static cooling with an operating temperature range of 0°C to +10°C and R290 refrigerant.
