Returns Policy

At The Savvy Caters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our returns policy below.


1. Unwanted Returns

  • Customers may return unwanted items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all unwanted returns.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

  • Please ensure that all returns are sent with appropriate tracking and insurance as we cannot accept liability for lost packages.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately at thesavvycaters@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue.

  • We will arrange for spare parts, replacement, or refund in line with our warranty policy.


3. Return Process

  • Email us at thesavvycaters@gmail.com within the return window with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, please send the product back to the return address we provide.

  • Refunds (less any applicable restocking fees) will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.


4. Delivery Charges & Additional Fees

  • Shipping costs paid at purchase are non-refundable.

  • Any additional charges incurred during delivery, such as parking fines, tolls, or access fees caused by restrictions not disclosed by the customer, are the customer’s responsibility and must be reimbursed to us.


5. Exceptions

  • Custom, special-order, or perishable items cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • Consumables or accessories subject to wear and tear are excluded from returns and warranty claims.
